uBlock Origin Lite is made to support MV3, by the same author. It's not as dynamic but it does the work and I trust gorhill chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ubloc...

OK this worked, but only to confirm there were no appointments over time. On the day of their release the system was too saturated.
What worked: going to their office and begging to be let in (good old social engineering).
