In my defense I'm too short to REACH the roof of my car. So I get my son to do it for me.

Absolutely. For instance, being pagan I'm usually really sarcastic and snarky around this time of year with all the Christmss nonsense, but this year I'm good with anything that brings people happiness and joy. We desperately need it.

I'm absolutely sure that the Pedophile/Rapist-in-Chief and his enablers will remove his name before they release anything, so I sincerely hope that these survivors will call him out when and if that happens.

That is good to know. We have felt so isolated for so long here in Chicago, and the lack of news coverage has been so frustrating. It's hard to see the whole picture in these circumstances.

Now Charlotte is seeing the truth of what has been happening in Chicago for months. We in Illinois have been screaming about the massive human rights violations happening in Chicago, but the news was not covering it, so no one knew the truth, and red states didn't care. Maybe now they will.

This was the only gym activity I enjoyed back in the '70s. It was pure joy.

Was it ever a trend to have art without a frame just leaning against walls higgly-piggly around your house? Asking for a friend.

Not about hail, but I just finished reading "What Stalks the Deep" and it was fabulous just like everything you write. Your books are really keeping me sane and laughing through the real horror occurring in this country, and in my city (Chicago).

I live in Chicago and what little I can grow in my yard is already frozen and dead.

That's just as myopic and heartless as telling young adults that they could afford housing if they just stopped blowing their money on Starbucks. What it all says is they just don't give a f*** about anyone but themselves.

I have been known to scream "leave me alone!" at my phone when it gives me too many notifications, because apparently putting it on do not disturb does not teach it a good enough lesson.

As a professional copyeditor and proofreader, I feel your pain. Also, if I may fan-girl out for a moment, I love all your books so very much. Your writing is fantastic.
