For an assumed gain in agricultural output, the Administration puts our health at great risk. 5 times. Addressing and reducing this kind of risk is what the folks in power talked about - before the elections. Now it's just blather and we will face illnesses and death earlier than otherwise.

Seems that people make choices they may later regret. Iowa ranchers and farmers went big on MAGA last election. Many of them were quoted ogen and it was clear they HATED immigrants and liberals. That was MORE IMPORTANT than voting their own interests. Live and suffer - but do people learn?

Got that right, Mr. Kruse. Dick was happy to shoot when the gun was aiming at his partisan opponents (and public servants who weren't towing the Iraq nukes BS), but got pretty quiet when it was turned on his family. Old bastards never die, they just lose their aim.

Can't help but wondering. If the ultra-Partisan Speaker Johnson won't swear in the Dem winner in the AZ election - and that was over a month ago (a new record for delay!) what will noJohnson do when more Dems are elected?

This is NOT making America or Americas great again. It's sad, tragic for children and families who suffer - and stupid. All at once.Measles is painful and harmful - leads to hospitalization and death for some. It's all preventable through vaccines - if your kids and their kids vaccinate. Do it.

Like your review of the voting numbers. I might add a comment that reminds people NO ONE lives forever or gets to turn back the clock. So VOTE LIKE YOUR LIFE depended on it - not like it was shopping for new footwear and that "pass" is an okay opition. You don't get to keep your OLD pair.

Hundreds of millions (500+) of Medicaid funds over ten years (2026 on). That's clear. But we should also understand that at the same time, they are cutting funds for hospitals that serve communities without them, neighborhoods that have LESS money and fewer doctors. It aint just Medicaid cuts.

It would seem that way. But, you have to remember that the Man we elected to run the country sees all money as HIS money. That's what he was after and we the people - or about half of us - managed to not "hear that message." Time to correct our hearing.

Let's not forget that Argentina is selling soybeans to Russia and China - sales that used to come from Illinois, Idaho and other US states. Now they get a free $40 billion and get to enjoy their new business. Does that sound like a "great deal" for this country? I mean the USA not Argentina.

Likely - if the past defaults (from IMF and World Bank funds) are any guide - that Argentina WON'T pay back the $40 billion. Then guess who's holding the bag - AND not seling any soybeans from the USA because Argentina is now selling them to Russia and China. What a deal! But not for Amerians.
