So you read his website where he details all this openly and honestly and tried to spin it as firstly investigative journalism and secondly a scandal, it's quite obviously neither

Terrible lesson to be teaching our kids, "just play well for county and you can get away with anything".

From the pen of the man who has opposed every major transport infrastructure plan in the city for 3+ decades.

I rarely if ever agree with you on anything but today was a disgrace and yes that picture sums it up, hes not just giving the fingers to you but the entire electorate as far as i'm concerned

Again this just from the 2022 report detailing all scenarios, its a new transport minister receiving a briefing on the project which that report is included in, there is literally no new information being reported by the IT or McDowell and the 20 billion figure is a worst case scenario
March 12, 2025 at 3:45 PM
Also it wont cost 20+ billion that is a worst case scanrio number that was published in a report back in 2022, so its neither a real price tag or new information as McDowell and the IT are portraying

It is full of lies, the green line would not have been closed for 3 years, portions would be closed over 3 years. This was a lie created and because he has a rental property in ranelagh that he believes will be negatively affected by metrolink
March 12, 2025 at 3:14 PM
The man is a NIMBY liar, the worst case scenario in a report from over 2 years ago was 20 billion, the longer we wait the more it will cost however but thats exactly what McDowell wants because all he cares about is his own self interest and stopping construction near his private residence
March 12, 2025 at 8:32 AM
Article is taking worst case scenario from a report done in 2022 and presenting it as new information, the IT have for a long time been against Metrolink and keep publishing negative nonsense about it from luddites McDowell, McDonald and Stewart who want to keep Dublin transport in the stone age
March 10, 2025 at 5:37 PM
He's an aging luddite insistent in stopping any kind of infrastructure progress in Dublin due to caring solely about the value of his personal property portfolio
January 30, 2025 at 10:10 AM
Never forget that McDowell is a luddite who is looking to hold up all public transport progress in Dublin because he doesn't think any improvement is necessary beyond a few new bus routes and any improvements might reduce his own personal property portfolios values

Gotta have some kind of moral panic to shift the blame onto and away from the poison that is US "health insurance"

It wasn't a snap election there was a maximum of 2 months left and it was broadcast for weeks it was likely to happen before christmas, if the greens weren't prepared for an election that's the entire party's fault not just 1 persons.
