UtahJS conference is happening soon, and I’ve been reflecting on how much I’ve learned thanks to mentors, friends, and colleagues.

I’m really grateful for the UtahJS community and the “learn together” culture.

Hope to see you at the conference!

My partner and I had to watch ads before watching the trailer (an ad) for the movie we were debating on watching.

I think we might have too much advertising.

Imagine a global mesh network where devices relay encrypted messages without cellular connections. Your offline phone could talk to other offline devices by bouncing packets through nearby devices until reaching the internet. Like thread, but for everything between online and offline devices.

I really enjoyed the latest book in the “Stormlight Archive” series. If you enjoy epic fantasy check it out.

How have y’all kept yourself excited about side projects?

The joy of learning new stuff?
Joy of creation?
Trying to bootstrap a profitable product?
Something else?
