i know sometimes it takes trial and error to find the right meds but hopefully these work out well, they already seem to be helping with my concentration and energy levels so here’s hoping !!

oh yeah I’ve known I’ve had it for years and have done loads of research and put effort into managing it, but the diagnosis is so I can get meds to help make it all easier. thank you!!

feels like it’s gotten increasingly worse as well the older I got idk? so I will hyper focus on stuff (art) burn myself out and disappear for months. there’s more to it than just that, but I genuinely just want to feel normal and consistent. to be diagnosed is a weight off my shoulders
