Supervised by Dr. Alex Sévigny, Kevin employed natural language processing to analyze trust dynamics, uncovering counter-intuitive findings, including how controversy can sometimes enhance trust transparency rather than harm it.

Kevin’s thesis, Decoding Digital Trust: A Multi-dimensional Analysis of Tech Influencer Credibility on YouTube, was recognized as the top Master’s thesis in North America.
