It really makes sense with B011 "The Visitor", that Xylene tells the Team Tennyson she was transporting the Omnitrix, when she was attacked by Vilgax, realizing she could no longer protect it from him, she placed it in a special pod and sent it to Earth. So she probably knew either Azmuth or Myaxx.

Thanks for answering and for the insight! I was really thinking about it, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien treats this Ben 10,000 as a totally different timeline. But Ben 10: Omniverse treats this as Ben's real future and the same one as the Omniverse's Ben 10,000.

So, basically it was Ben's current future, but may not be exactly the one he ends up having, right? I mean, it's his current future but not necessarily the one that'll happen. I guess if something happens in the present, it can change, the future's always in flux, so Ben 10K will always be changing.
