I looked it up just to be sure but I already knew this motherfucker said something about being short on options out of the pen that HE OVERUSED FOR NO REASON the game before.

I haven't disliked a manager this much before. I hope he steps on at least 6 Legos every morning for the rest of his life.
A quote from Tony Mansolino after today's game, speaking about Carson Ragsdale, a pitcher making his major league debut, that Tony left in the game for 3 innings and 73 pitches, with Ragsdale allowing 8 earned runs. "None of us like that, especially understand that it's his debut. That's a really difficult situation for him. We feel for him, there's a lot of empathy right there. We're trying as hard as we can not to use another bullpen arm. We're incredibly short going into the game from a bullpen standpoint. At that point in the game, you're trying to hang on to what you have so you have a chance to win the game tomorrow ... there were some plays that kind of fell in, everything kind of worked against him. It's just tough, it's a tough situation."

My only relevant question is were the Sox already ineligible for the draft lottery or just really unlucky.
Teams that receive revenue sharing payouts can't receive a lottery pick for more than two years in a row and those that don't can't get a top 6 choice in consecutive drafts.
