Sometimes I feel hopeless about what is happening to the NHS and what people are doing about it. I think we either need to go all in, find the millions of people who care and get a *lot* louder, or we give up.

So Musk asks it the “US should liberate Britain?” N’ah mate, back the fuck up… We’re sending our kids back to schools with concerns that they’ve got their big coats but that they have to practice lockdowns because someone might go on the rampage with an automatic gun!
