Spent a long time debating running this morning or not. Made a snap decision to get dressed and head out the door without giving myself to chance to rethink it and I am so glad I did. Longest run since I started back up again 15 weeks ago.

I have not been sleeping a ton the last handful of days but am so happy about why. These dates just keep making time fly until "oh shit, you/I needed to leave 2 hours ago" and I'm just blown away every day by how much fun I'm having and how much I've grown as a person.

Humble brag time. First long run back, planned on 45 minutes at 9:15 pace, body was grooving so 60 minutes averaging 8:55 instead and ended up being even more fun than I was hoping for. Have a long way to go till I'm where I want to be, but I'm just beaming

Very thankful my therapist and I have put so much work into cultivating my boundary setting behaviors. "no, you need to go ask the person who created this process to change it, I just implement. This is not a question for me" is really putting in work.
