Stephen Miller is the architect - of the widespread human rights violations, the indiscriminate kidnappings, and now civilian murders.

States administer federal elections. That's why this admin is so keen on getting voter rolls and defending the FEC. But federalism is a strong guardrail.

DC reads as 1.3 percent, while ND reads 0.4 percent. Is the graphic wrong?

All bad choices here. If they didn't vote for the bill, TSA and FEMA would've been shuttered, but ICE would continue operating (OBBA funding). It'd be a pyrrhic victory and a statement without teeth. Even so, I figured one or two Dems would've voted yes, not seven.

And PT Barnum said it was the greatest show on earth. Reporting on what someone claims about THEIR product in public isn't news - it's PR.

First Macron, then Carney. Maybe Trump was napping during those speeches and won't react?

Wegman's! Or maybe even a gym. Vida and One Life are pretty far away, and the closer gyms are small boutiques.

Talking about welfare fraud right now is like being concerned about the HVAC when your house is on fire. Normally, yes, big thing to worry about. Right now? Not so much. Priorities.

So OpenAi, who has billions of dollars in external PE / corporate investment and led by a CEO who famously has no equity in the company, is using that money to invest in a company that he is an investor in. Do these firm not have OCI rules???

Very interesting that Kash Patel's FBI hasn't released information about the suspect. Usually they like to make a point with these arrests.

Is it the understanding of @govexec.bsky.social that the president's Truth Social post is NOT the federal government's official position?

What a ridiculous graph. No mention of the small pox vaccine, Bessemer steel, wood pulp paper, or even trains. Are DVDs really that much more disruptive that motion pictures? Absoluty not.

This just shows a bias towards modern developments - some of which are basic incrementalism!

Oh eat me. Haven't all of the safety and alignment people quit because they felt like Altman specifically was being disingenuous? True concern would be paying attention to the folks telling you your sycophants bots increase rates of psychosis.

Affordability with expanded margins = lower input prices

That'd either have to be from lower tariffs or better availability of labor. Either way, woof.

These are good AI use cases! Improve the functionality of existing tools. Make designers' lives easier. Just add a watermark or metadata tag so it's clear the image has been manipulated.
