I definitely see how this game was revolutionary for its time. It’s the grandfather of ALL the fucking tropes.
Enjoyed it a lot and found it hard to put down.
I now need a class that tells dumb jokes and ghost stories instead of fighting in all my games moving forward.

2025 Game Thread Start:
My first finished SaGa game. Shit was fun and the inheritance system was a cool rogue like spin on progression. Once you get OP at the end it was fun just steam rolling bosses.
Definitely recommend.

Finished Dysmantle. Mindlessly breaking shit is cathartic.
Also made me reflect on the concepts of loneliness and isolation. Now to start Fragile Dreams over and actually finish it to compare how both handle these ideas.
