I live in a RED county in a red state that is full of very wealthy people and they are die hard Trump supporters. They are voting for/with their wallets. They don’t care about anything else.

I agree it’s too early but I put my tree up and plugged it in the day after Halloween. The colored lights are my escape from the madness we are living in. I will wait and decorate it at the end of this month.

One of the gifts of living in DST was driving to work in dark but also catching some spectacular sunrises that wouldn’t have been seen otherwise. I’m retired now and actually miss catching those beautiful moments.

Where I live we have more darkness in the afternoon during winter on SDT. I HATE that it is dark at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Permanent Daylight Savings Time would be equally good for our health. The issue is changing back and forth is hard for a lot of people. Personally I prefer DST. I imagine the people who want permanent DST live on the eastern edge of different time zones…as do I.

I had one that lived till she was 21. Hopefully you will experience the same. Keep her indoors and feed her high quality food.

Trump did not receive a majority of the popular vote in the last presidential election. He received more votes than Harris but when you add Other to the count Trumps total is lower. Google it.
