If we aren’t disciplined anymore, what is the point of McDermott? What is the value add? There are genuine questions to ask about his future if we’re a serious organization.

Josh has not looked great in weeks outside of KC, doesn’t bode well. We honestly don’t look like a wildcard team at the moment… defense is playing with bench warmers and the offense isn’t one dimensional, it has no dimensions lol. Feels like a wasted season when you look at the state of the AFC.

Heard a soccer analysts say something that I think holds across all sports, all else being equal, a good coach can only improve by ~10%, but a bad coach can make a team ~50% worse. Feel like McDermott is edging towards the latter…
