I guess I don't disagree with that. Maybe in the twenty-something days til, they'll remember tags exist and amend the wording.

Unfortunately in the English language, either may be a possibility. The new rules are both clearer and negative facing on sex, so it wouldn't be right to just assume the best.

So it does. Its not like I'm an avid ToS reader but it's still disheartening when platforms say "oh yeah we intend to do this" regardless of whether they actually do. Excessive (whatever that means) to no depictions at all is certainly a jump though.
