Been out in CCICP at Infinity House and Eagle Bridge today asking staff to Reflect on Nature: Rest, Recharge & Reconnect. Staff have submitted their letters about what small things bring them joy and happy countryside memories. Even a microbreak looking at nature will improve your mood.
