One of our favorite meals: pork tenderloin, 20 mn at 405 in the convection oven, dry rubbed, let stand, wrapped for 15 mn. Steamed yellow potatoes. Boiled cauliflower, cooking water used to make a very lemony sauce blanche.

Curry of monk fish. Used my new Penzeys marahadja curry and it is worth all $27 for the jar! 😱 rice pilaf to accompany. Removing the membrane on the fish! What a pain!

Just watched the splashdown of the capsule. It is always a beautiful sight.
But damn, the NASA commenter said it splashed in the Gulf of America. It shouldn’t piss me off that badly.

For the first time in a long time, it took me ALL FRIGGIN DAY to catch up on the news. Usually I stop around noon. But so much is going on right now, I can’t keep track of everything. I had a little left over for my husband’s lunch and zero interest in cooking. So, breakfast for dinner!

My mood today 😂😉 and most days. I really never swore in my mother tongue, a few “merde” only when absolutely necessary. So, when I swear in English, it doesn’t feel like I am swearing 🤬. A great way to vent frustration though! Quick, dirty, very clear emotional talent. How can it be wrong 😉😃?
