One of the worst things to happen to American business in the last half century is lawyers being allowed to advertise. This has turned the country into a "lawsuit society" and fostered in the era of "jackpot justice". I don't begrudge warranted legal action but the volume of BS lawsuits is insane.

After my mom died four years ago, for some reason the Zuckerhythm thought I was interested in funeral home supplies. I ended up replying to one of the ads, "just because I used the services of a funeral home recently doesn't mean I am a supply chain person for one..."
