We need better Alzheimer's disease tests for women which capture this effect!!

Sometimes women with Alzheimer's can have a slower progression of symptoms that suddenly get worse - what if the symptoms we are testing are compensated due to pregnancy like we see here? Perhaps the brain compensates to a point, which once passed results in fast disease progression.
