Weird stuff in a can. Not really stout, but tastes good. At 6.6% is certainly a fighting beer.

Today’s project. 1:1 scale plastic shed. I’m just glad I’m not going to have to prime, paint and weather it.

Change of topic. This is a 3D print of a NASA HL-10 lifting body prototype.
I am trying to use UV resin as a filler to hide the layer lines. The final effect I want in terms of the finish is carved wood, I am going to present it as a desk ornament.

I am going to park this build here. Lovely Tamiya kit as per normal.

Something about these figures reminds me of “Dark Helmet” from Spaceballs.

Me, flying to Texas last week. Entire row and very nearly the whole cabin to myself.

Been in Texas for a week hanging out with my brother who is very poorly.
He wanted to collaborate on some projects, health permitting.
So, this one is a 3D printed Star Wars chess piece. I have never painted a face this big, so happy with the chance to learn.

Lovely pieces. Here is the shelf in my office that I have entitled, “Planitia Utopia”. A hopeful name, I have always thought.
