Is this a recent acquisition and if so, please please please where can I buy one? It's fully mechanical, right? Needs winding, ticks pleasantly away, doesn't beep, click or chime? Our old sturdy timer gave up the ghost recently.

Wow! If you find you have a 55mm orange filter, I can give it a good home. Mine has disppeared somehow (possibly somewhere in my own clutter but who knows). Of course 55mm mightn't be what you mean by smaller...

Maybe, but probably not for long. There's a lot of shelf space begging for more stuff and it won't be long before chaos reinstalls itself... ask me how I know... 🤦🏻♀️ good luck anyway 😎
