A reader first.
Sunday evening on October 5th, thinking about my mom on what would have been her 94th birthday with a glass of white wine and one ice cube #cheersElner

May reads; a few chunksters, a few audio books, some print and some ebooks. Fiction, non fiction, classics, historical and fantasy. Why read only one genre or type of book when you can read them all #alwaysareader

I do love the #serialapp a lot, I am slowly but surely knocking books off my classical literature TBR list. I am thankful we only consider this puritanical codswallop reflective of the times now. The ending ENRAGED me #themillonthefloss #georgeeliot

Just finished TheEx Talk by Rachel Lynn Solomon. I’m not a big romance reader but I enjoyed this one set in public radio & pod cast lands, it had a true villainous character that took me by surprise ( not usually a thing in this genre as far as I know) and great banter. Spice level 🌶️🌶️🌶️ #blueskybooks

The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs by Steve Brusatte was jam packed with interesting information about dino eras, connections and evolutions of dino species, a breakdown to how the asteroid eliminated the Dino reign and that birds are our link back ❤️❤️ #booksky #nonfiction #harperaudio

Finishing TJ Klune’s In The Lives of Puppets today - I feel like this is heavier than my precious reads of his so I have read it much more slowly than usual. Dystopian reads feeling too irl right now? #readingispolitical
