Our Constitution is an amazing document that governed with democracy in a time when essentially every nation was ruled by some form of monarchy. It is the foundation of everything that makes this Nation both unique and good. It should be defended.

If the Executive Branch overrules any court order, directly going against the laws of our Constitution - rights like freedom of speech, the right to own a gun - it’s all just the President’s whim away from being taken.

not listening to federal court orders is something no other president has done. President Nixon tried for a time and failed, this in part led to his impeachment. As the federal courts are an essential part of what enforces our democracy. Checks and balances. This is a horrible precedent
