I re-read the non disparagement clause, the landlord is clearly on one. Are you thinking the breadth of the clause could theoretically prevent the landlord from bringing an eviction action on the idea that it would be “disparaging” to Chris?

Because the language could release the landlord from potential future claims that may happen after signing? Or is it more complicated than that?

(Sorry, I feel like I should know all this but property was not my best class)
