All states are coercive instruments of class rule. Socialism -- as the preliminary phase of communism -- wants to abolish the bourgeois state, and build workers' power, that is the workers' state, to dominate our class enemies. That is what states do. Trump is not doing a communism.

Billionaires will just use intermediaries/Proxies to circumvent this law. The problem is the very fact that billionaires exist at all. This is just a band-aid/plaster on a gaping wound.
