Oh there’s definitely that aspect of it that is a downside, and I think it can be down to the company. I think easy apply also lends itself to anyone and everyone applying so you can be one notch below interviewed candidates and never hear back because of high volumes.

I actually like easy apply both from an applying and hiring perspective. Doesn’t make you enter your life history into an ATS, and gets you peoples resumes fast.

Tbh I like it better I think. The early early games suck but games are over early and you’ve got the day ahead of you. This may be related to having young kids who are up at like 6 regularly though. Mountain time is the best though, add an hour on so it’s early but not so early.
