I am thankful for cardboard, duck tape, and LibraryThing, who will all play a roll in helping me move over 1500 PBs to a new home.
This is why I’ve barely participated over the last month and won’t be fully back on track until Jan. #KidLitChat

I was blessed to be brought to the library every week as a child. I loved how my parents did the bear and mouse voices in this one. My inspiration comes more from daily life than other books, but I analyze many PBs each week for the craft. #KidLitChat

Is yours really loud too? Medium pitched tongue trill kind of sound? youtube.com/shorts/uQPgi...

But not this kind of water. Discovered a leak in the waste stack from a deck railing nail. #KidLitChat

I also really like the book about hoatzins. So well done - great story unfolds while relaying facts. #KidLitChat

I really enjoyed this one! At first I thought it was in a foreign language, but it is interpretable gibberish that is fun to puzzle through. The illustrations also tell a wonderful story of cycles and renewal, including an adorable hidden insect. It’s one that you keep thumbing back to figure out.

Dang it - posted the wrong one. Here it is without the syllable count error of line 8.

Your photos reminds me of a display of collectibles at my mom’s house.

I need to quit cooking pasta like I still have three kids at home, which I haven’t… for years! An example for math teachers to answer “When will I ever use this Mrs. McCown?”
I guess I could just buy one of those spaghetti measuring templates with the holes😅 #kidlit #iteachphysics

You’d warm up to them if you raised one #KidLitChat

Congratulations! @jerroldconnors.bsky.social
Looks like my library understands the need for GOOD books. Can’t wait til it comes in.

Here’s another good one you might want to take a look at. My granddaughters loved it.

I can’t begin to describe how vibrant the leg spots were on this lil guy. Just out for a morning stroll by the lake.

Don’t worry. I got you.

My grands enjoyed the ring of glopped up fries.

We’re you an engineer in your previous life? I did all my final exam notes with a special pentel mechanical pencil using 2B lead. So satisfyingly dark.
For me, it’s my spiral bound idea books. #kidlitchat

I raised a fallen squirrel from pinky to release one year. I haven't written about it yet but maybe one day.

My mom used to read one to us called “Never Tease a Weasel“. And it looks like there’s a newer version.

If you've ordered from amazon recently, type "thank my driver" in the amazon search bar and without cost to you, they will receive a $5 tip!!!

They are in the house - you just can't see them! Your title made me think of a book I had as a kid that I really liked. One review described it as: tender tales of the ways in which courage and good cheer can overcome adversity.
