I just love dogs. They have comforted me through the darkest times. All have been rescues, except the wolf hybrid my autistic son requested. Hunter was my soul animal as I spent a year of my life training him. If I was present, he only wanted me. He was trained to calm my son during meltdowns.

Today is my daughter's birthday. My grandson and I cleaned his room as a gift. This was daunting because I made my grandson, who is almost 5, put his things away to teach him to do it.
