Ahhh. The fall brings root vegetables: spuds, carrots, onions, beets, rutabaga, sweet potato with peppers, garlic and brussel sprouts for added colour and flavour. Salt, pepper and olive oil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Family and guests love 'em. All gone.

There is nothing like a compass to keep your direction true......

I was in my parking lot at work and spotted an Asian lady waiting for someone. I asked if she needed help, then noticed this bouquet in her bag. She said she made it for a friend and was waiting for her ride to take her there. Lucky the friend!!!!!
