Managed to sneak a peek at Barak-EA at #ParisAirShow.
Initial impressions: Booster is massive, but missile clearly in Barak family, albeit with smaller payload section - so defeat mechanism is probably HTK, perhaps augmented by small warhead à la PAC-3. Looks like IR seeker for terminal guidance.

Today, Latvia signed a contract for 42 ASCOD IFVs, to be delivered in 2027. The Latvian configuration is likely to feature a number of Israeli-origin subsystems, and may have implications for Romania's future IFV programme.

Latvian MoD orders 42 ASCOD IFVs from GDELS-Santa Bárbara Sistemas - European Security & Defence
The Latvian MoD has awarded GDELS-SBS a contract an initial batch of 42 ASCOD IFVs, the company announced on 30 January 2025.
