I was making pizza dough up in the mountains of Colorado without any problems and now that I’m down on the coast it comes out like bread. I think I’m over proving it. Someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. I’m following the recipes. I’ve tried three different ones.thanks #cooking #dough #pizza
