It reminds me of how American Pils makers in big breweries tell you to drink it ice cold so you can’t really taste how bad it really is.

I’m a bit wary of the over abundance of ‘IPA’s and hazy beers. As a past brewer (albeit homebrewer), and past certified beer judge, I know that it’s easy to mask bad beer brewing with lots of hop bitterness & haze. More impressive to make a clear delicate lager or an ale with proper balance IMHO.
