On Ethics being absolute I agree!

? Would you kindly recommend any books on Ethics of war?

Thanks

is the above meaning of war your opinion?
There are other opinions of war that do not fit your meaning.

How is killing unethical?
you stated Ethics are absolute yet how can this be if truth does not exist as you say?

Do you see the inconsistancy?

Nice chatting with you!

1+1=7 opinion or truth?

You're demonstraing that you deny/ignore the laws of logic.
By these laws of logic I can say truthfully, that all your statements/assertions about ethics, morals, and truth are self contradictory in the discussion.

It's my opinion which happens to be true😁

is this true?

if your statement 'truth doesnt exist" is true, then truth does exist and you've contradicted yourself.
If your statement is not true, your statement has no meaning and you have contradicted yourself.

Laws of Logic...the law of contradiction

by the way
Happy New Year
wishing you and yours all the best!

you realize you have just made a truth statement by saying "truth doesn't exist"
In order for that statement to be valid or sound, it has to be true. therefore you have contradicted yourself.
Law of contradiction.

It's not that I disagree with you. However, it is not an argument or valid to say ethics are absolute because they just are.
That is an arbitrary statement and an assertion.
it must be founded on something solid, a valid and sound argument. It must be true.
Otherwise meaning is irrelevant

if no one establishes ethics where do they come from?
Forgive me, but it appears you are saying ethics appear out of thin air?
January 1, 2025 at 1:59 AM
How are ethic principles established, who or what establishes them?
If morals are relative, which are foundational to ethics, how then are ethics absolute?
January 1, 2025 at 1:19 AM
Who or what decides what is good for humanity?
Basically, who or what decides what is ethical or moral?
How do we know?

If morals are not absolute, they are not universal, therefore ethics cannot be universal or absolute.
