These are absolutely stunning. I cant decide between grays and blues for my twilight cleric or reds and blacks for my circle of hell druid...but gosh either would be amazing.

A good first couple of steps if you don't already work in the district is to get your clearances and to find someone who works there who knows the culture and politics of the district - to help you navigate the inevitable red tape to get started.

I'm starting a junior high gaming club for the students at my school. Would love a wooden dice tower that I could use as a Dimension 20 style "Box of Doom" for those important rolls.
