Thanks for this. Wife has been suffering similar symptoms and takes a couple of supplements as she’s a bit deficient in K/Mg/Zn due to poor absorption from IBS issues.

The Zn tablets have 30mg of B6!!

I went mid winter early morning and it was still awesome and very few on the tour. Place was near empty and the light is different but still spectacular

Don’t think I’ve ever taken more photos in such a short space of time
