Quite a few clubs like ourselves, United, City seem to be intent on selling a number of players this summer. Will be impossible to shift so many of these. A buyers market as well. It’s why I don’t think we sign a CB. We already have a surplus there & I don’t see to many takers for a few of them.

Good stuff! Noni, Nico, Carney, Petrovic & Veiga feel like the most likely “book-value” profits this summer. Some of that will probably be offset by losses on Chilwell, Sterling & maybe Nkunku?

Sorry if I missed it but did you ever post the updated 2025 summer of player book values?

What kills me most is they haven’t even been able to build one good side of the team. Goalkeepers are awful, defenders are average at best, one good midfielder, and one elite attacker. Manager selections have been awful as well. They’ve literally gone 0 for 5 in each position, after spending £1.5bn!

Feels like the walls are closing in on them now. A lot more anger & finger pointing in their direction than ever before. As much as they’d like to, they will find it very hard to stay in that position much longer.

I think Dmitry sums it up quite well for the rest of us…

He does like the City boys they’ve brought in so might be onto something there! Ironically, Poch was a lot more forgiving with their signings. Maresca clearly doesn’t like them…must have left that slide out in the presentation he gave to them in Spain 😅

Will these be based on FFP now using a max 5 year divider or still based on contract length? I can only imagine the fun accounting going on behind the scenes for these!

Enzo’s best performance, much like West Ham, because there’s not much pressure on the ball & he hasn’t had to do too much defensive work. Once he’s having to chase the opposition is when we see his limitations.
