The plot thickens. Now Ukrainian intelligence (GUR) claims the mystery missile likely belonged to the Kedr series, armed with 6 cluster munitions. Flight time from Kapustin Yar to Dnipro 15 min. Speed at terminal stage 11 Machs. Earlier Putin claimed it was a hypersonic MRBM Oreshnik.

Russia’s strike on Dnipro: an ICBM or IRBM, likely RS-26 Rubezh, MIRVed, looks like 6 warheads, possibly dummies. Dnipro was the main center of missile building in Soviet Ukraine. Possibly, the target was Pivdenmazh, a missile factory. If so, the strike is symbolic. Awaiting more information.

Fires in two locations in Dnipro are reported. Not an expert but these look like dummy warheads.

A gym changing room in Kharkiv school No. 62, destroyed by the Russians on the first day of the war. The kids have not been able to return for 1000 days.

November 16, 2024: a massive Russian combined air attack on Ukraine, using at least 3 nuclear-capable systems. The West , fearing nuclear escalation, won’t let Ukraine destroy airfields from which these missiles are launched.
