Yes he really brings a more modern approach. I've truly believe he was the right guy for the job.

We used a bit of a reward system where if he met his goal or did something good that was unexpected we rewarded him with something he really liked. It enforced good behavior as well as a better commitment to trying as he knew he'd be rewarded. It worked well
