i appreciate that change not because i think it's a bad thing to have it, but because the ragdolls freaking out at 60fps and getting stuck on my character consistently scares the shit out of me and makes me think it's still alive

it's one of the few crimes you can't have a good reason to commit. there are cases to be made for murder, theft, etc. but try convincing anyone you were right to do that to someone and see how that goes

i think putting a pause button in the menu (like in monster hunter rise) would be a happy medium here. i definitely like being able to move around while my inventory is open and everything so being able to do all that and have pausing be separate would be really nice
