No they are not. There is no taxpayer money being spent on the ballroom for the White House. If I am wrong, show me and MSM is not the source. Why the name calling?

In California the Governor is doing renovation to the capital building costing the tax payments millions. This is cost tax payers zero and other presidents have upgrades to the White House. Why does this become such an issue?
