Any idea when the first print issue will reach someone who was given a subscription for the holidays?

The order form never took a mailing address That’s kind of an important point of ordering a print sub. Would like to resolve it before Xmas since it’s a gift.

I’ve emailed three times.

How do I get someone to reply to a problem I’m having with my order? Emails are’t getting answered.
