Have been dealing with incredible pain for about a year and suddenly most of it has dissipated. I had no idea how much pain had been affecting my mental health. In its absence love and compassion and empathy have rushed back into my heart. It’s like waking up after a bad dream.

Went to see David Burn last night. He’s incredible. If only the world had his vision.
