But I am really struck by the rapidity and scale of the government's retreat from its much more extensive and destructive list of demands that it tried to impose on schools at the start of this mess.
It would be far better if Cornell and other schools simply said "no."
But still, a notable shift.

I have real federalism concerns about a state trying to create a vehicle for suing federal agents, but that's a bit outside my area.

This piece is from last March. The P/E to is worse now, but gravity/reality does not appear to be impacting Tesla.

Though I could see someone interpreting it that way, I think it would be a very rare reaction. Especially since you’re not in a traditionally high risk demographic.
