Before I give a food bank any cash, I check out how much they pay their CEO. Some of them are making over a million a year. I'm not giving over money so the CEO can take home a paycheck. I'll give food so people can eat.

If this were true then boycotts would not be effective. Check the earnings reports of some of the companies that have been targeted lately. Tesla and Target come to mind.
