I’m sitting here on Bluesky during the disassociation part of my day. My brain is on fire all day long, I think I need to have a mid-day meditation before going home and starting my nighttime job of mom and homeowner.

While pulling books for my students at my school’s library I came across versions 1 & 2 of my autobiographies.

They must have missed me while I was away.
