You're thinking of bullshit. Horses don't digest as thoroughly, so their poo tends to be more fibrous, not fluid. Cows have multiple stomach chambers to get every bit of nutrition out of the grass they eat. By the time it comes out the other end, it's much more finely chopped and pulverized.
