What's the point of it all if these products of AI hell are open access? Either it's to dupe universities into paying open access fees for articles their staff never authored, or it's to generate scientific-looking text that can used for the further training of the LLMs that created this toxic slop.

Also use a range of fictional profiles and real academics' images and affiliations to populate your "editorial board" in order to make your "journal" look less obviously scammy. All without the knowledge or consent of the real academics in question, of course.
