Pay rate vs risk. We're on the OSHA shit list for Ohio, they've butchered our insurance, our upper management salaries keep skyrocketing while we get 2%, and why work swing shift for $25 to start when you can get straight days somewhere else for $20. We used to be the highest paying job in Stark Co.

The mills are horribly understaffed now. They've implemented job fairs in a 60 mile radius, they've started a second chance felon program with the county, and yet they cannot get enough labor. Hell they even got rid of hair follicle drug testing. It's just going to get worse.
