My two senators voted to continue trying to save healthcare, and while I called to thank them both this morning, I also told them that Schumer and Durbin and the others need to lose their leadership positions. We need to have spines in the Dem Senate leaders.

Yes, it’s pretty common in TX and some oligarchs have brought up groundwater rights. So if you’re not careful when you purchase a piece of property, you might have the land & surface water like in ponds, but in case of a drought, you may not be able to drill a well to get water
